Design

Each section has separate subsections for each dosage form designed as per the required work flow and is well-mannered according to cGMP recommendations. The design features of the facility can be listed as under:

• The production planning and equipment design allows for flexible production runs to support manufacture of a diverse product line
• Manufacturing tanks, equipment, vessels, filling lines, packing belts are made up of pharma grade materials and protocols.
• The air handling system, temperature controls, relative humidity and other contamination control measures have been thoroughly adopted.
• Separate change rooms, material buffers and hygiene control systems have been systematically implemented.
• 20000 liter capacity double column De-ionized water plant installed to maintain adequate supply of purified water all over the facility. De-ionized water is further Carbon filtered & processed with UV lamps. The water is checked for pH, TDS, Conductivity, Microbial Contamination
• Each step of production is controlled by well documented SOPs and Batch manufacturing protocols/records.
• A system of preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment has been designed to ensure uninterrupted production flow within the parameters of cGMP
• The technical staff is trained to operate adhering to strict hygiene requirements
• Automated access controls, motion sensors, CCTV cameras, and electronic measuring devices have been installed to ensure controlled operations
